Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 package store bought pizza dough

The toppings

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • as needed none corn meal (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill with the pizza oven attachment to 225°F.
  2. Divide the dough in half and flatten into two balls, creating pockets for the oil.
  3. Add olive oil to the dough, pressing it in, then add more oil.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic and rosemary needles on top.
  5. Coat the pizza peel or cutting board with corn meal before placing the dough on it.
  6. Bake the dough in the pizza oven for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve with balsamic vinegar and olive oil for dipping.
