Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia Bread

Instructions
- Combine flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Warm water with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until very warm but not hot.
- Add the warmed water-oil mixture to the flour mixture.
- Fold the dough a few times, place in an oiled bowl, and cover. Allow it to rise for 6-8 hours on the counter or 18-24 hours in the fridge.
- Generously oil a 13 x 9-inch pan and pour the dough in.
- Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dimple the focaccia with your fingers, add garlic pieces, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and rosemary, and drizzle with remaining olive oil and sea salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, then cool slightly before serving.
