Instructions
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and black pepper in a saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and sugar, then add yeast and let it sit until foamy.
- Mix half of the flour, salt, and a portion of the infused oil mixture into the yeast mixture, then add the remaining flour and knead until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and roll out the dough to about ½-inch thick.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet, poke dimples in the surface, drizzle with the remaining oil mixture, and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden, then drizzle with olive oil if desired and serve warm.
