Ingredients

Dough

  • cups warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoons salt
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast

Toppings

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano

For the pan

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drizzle olive oil into a 9" x 13" pan.
  2. Combine all dough ingredients and mix for 60 seconds.
  3. Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan and let it rise for 60 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Poke the dough with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and add toppings.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then turn out and cut into pieces.
