For the pan
Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil into a 9" x 13" pan.
- Combine all dough ingredients and mix for 60 seconds.
- Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan and let it rise for 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Poke the dough with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and add toppings.
- Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then turn out and cut into pieces.
