Easy Focaccia Bread

Instructions
- Combine warm water, sea salt, sugar, yeast, and olive oil in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Add flour and mix until the dough is wet and sticky, then let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
- Perform a set of 4 folds on the dough, resting for 10 minutes in between each set.
- Fully coat the dough with olive oil, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for at least 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Once risen, gently move the bowl to open the dough's bubbles.
- Coat a baking pan with olive oil, add the dough, and spread it gently towards the corners.
- Allow the dough to rest in the pan for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 450°F.
- Prepare toppings by halving tomatoes, cutting olives, zesting lemon, and mincing oregano.
- After resting, drizzle olive oil on the dough, dimple it, and add toppings.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden, then cool on a rack and sprinkle with oregano.
