Super Easy Focaccia Bread

Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
- Combine warm water, olive oil, salt, yeast, flour, and cheese in a large bowl and mix until no dry spots remain.
- Scrape the dough into the prepared pan and press it into an even layer.
- Dimple the dough with your fingertips and drizzle with more olive oil, then sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
- Cover the pan and let the dough rise until puffy, about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and baked through.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
