Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a mixer bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Whisk together flour and salt, then add to the mixer in batches while kneading until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl, covering it to rise until doubled in volume.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or oil, then punch down the dough and form it into a 12-inch circle.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and let it rise again until doubled.
- Preheat the oven and dimple the dough, then brush with more olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
- Bake until lightly browned, then cool and cut into wedges.
