Instructions
- Chop the bell pepper, onion, and avocado, then drain and rinse the black beans.
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, chopped bell pepper, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, garlic, and spices to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to combine.
- Cover and chill the salad in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
