Instructions
- Place chicken in the Instant Pot or slow cooker.
- Mix the spices together in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture and garlic over the chicken, then pour salsa over to cover.
- Cook for 13 minutes in the Instant Pot or 5-6 hours in the slow cooker.
- After cooking, let the chicken cool briefly, then shred it and return it to the salsa mixture.
- Add chopped cilantro and toss to combine.
- Serve the salsa chicken in warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
