Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle taco seasoning over them.
- Pour the jar of salsa on top of the chicken.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Divide the chicken among the tortillas and top with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
