Healthy Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker with olive oil and layer the shredded cabbage at the bottom.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the cabbage and drizzle with lime juice.
- Mix the paprika, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a bowl, then season both sides of the chicken with the mixture.
- Add any extra seasoning over the cabbage and top with minced garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the cabbage.
- Serve warm in taco shells or lettuce leaves with your favorite toppings.
