Instructions
- Place the chicken, salsa, water, and spices in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve the shredded chicken in tacos, taco bowls, taco salads, or lettuce wraps with your desired toppings.
