Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken breast with taco seasoning on both sides.
- 2. Pour ½ cup of salsa into the slow cooker and mix it with ¼ cup of water.
- 3. Place the chicken breast on top of the salsa mixture and pour the remaining salsa over the chicken.
- 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- 5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the salsa in the slow cooker.
- 6. Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes on low to thicken the sauce.
- 7. Serve the chicken in tortillas, on nachos, or in a bowl.
