Corn Dip

Instructions
- Grill the corn and slice the kernels off the cobs to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Reserve some corn, scallions, and jalapeño for topping, then add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to coat.
- Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Spread the chilled corn dip in a shallow dish and top with reserved ingredients, cheese, and hot sauce if desired.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
