Instructions
- Roll half of the cookie dough into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the first cookie layer cool and lift it out of the pan.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough to create a second cookie layer.
- Leave one cookie layer in the pan, top it with ice cream, and press firmly.
- Place the second cookie layer on top and press down firmly.
- Freeze until ready to serve, and thaw for a few minutes before eating.
