Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

avocado, pitted and cut into cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the avocado in a large bowl and stir until mixed.
- Store in the refrigerator in individual containers or one large container.
- When serving, add the desired amount of avocado on top or mix it into the salad.
