Instant Pot Mississippi Chicken

Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Add the water or broth, pepperoncinis with juice, gravy mix, ranch seasoning, and butter without stirring.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to sealing.
- Select the pressure cook/manual setting for 8 minutes (or 15 minutes for frozen breasts).
- After cooking, allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- If cooking rice, set the trivet in the pot, place rinsed rice and water in a pan on the trivet, and cook as directed.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, remove the pan of rice if using.
- Shred the chicken and mix it back into the cooking liquid.
- Serve over rice, potatoes, or in tortillas.
