Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking all of the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions, ensuring it is slightly undercooked.
- While the pasta is boiling, chop the cabbage, cucumber, bell pepper, and scallions.
- When the pasta is done, drain it and transfer it to a large bowl.
- Add the chopped vegetables and edamame to the pasta.
- Toss everything with the peanut sauce, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
