Instructions
- Combine the hemp hearts, water, cilantro leaves, lime juice, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Pour the sauce into an airtight container.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
