Cilantro Hemp Pesto

packed cilantro leaves with tender stems

shelled hemp seeds

jalapeño (optional, seeds and ribs removed, roughly chopped)

garlic (roughly chopped)

fine sea salt

extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine cilantro, hemp seeds, jalapeño, garlic, and salt in a food processor and chop finely.
- While processing, drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more olive oil if desired.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
