Instructions
- Combine cilantro, cashews, Parmesan, garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes in a food processor.
- Pulse the ingredients until well combined, scraping the sides as necessary.
- While running the food processor, slowly add olive oil in a steady stream.
- Transfer the pesto to a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
