Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse garlic, hemp seeds, and olive oil until the garlic is ground up.
- Add lemon juice, grated cheese, salt, and pepper, and pulse to combine.
- Add half of the basil leaves, pulse a few times, then add the remaining basil and process until blended but still textured.
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
