Instructions
- Blend the basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
- Scrape down the sides and add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Pulse until the mixture is blended and relatively smooth.
- Adjust the consistency with more olive oil if desired.
- Taste and add pepper or more salt as needed.
- Store the pesto in a jar or container and refrigerate.
