chicken bouillon (or more, optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Trim excess fat from the chicken and pat it dry, then season with salt.
- Combine garlic, ginger, thyme, paprika, green onions, chicken bouillon, and onions with the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight in the fridge.
- Slice the tomatoes, onion, green onions, and green pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven or oven-safe pot and stir well.
- Cover the pot with its lid and place it in the oven.
- Shake the pot once or twice during cooking without opening it.
- Bake for about 1 hour until the chicken is tender.
