graham cracker crust mix

Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crust mix and melted butter in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and cheesecake mix on low for one minute, then on high for one minute.
- Add milk and beat until light and fluffy.
- Scrape the bowl and add the eggs one at a time, beating on low until fully incorporated.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and add about 1.5 tablespoons of the graham cracker crust mixture to each liner, pressing down to flatten.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into each liner until nearly full.
- Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes or until the centers are set.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for at least 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 30 minutes before adding toppings.
