The lemon glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chill the diced butter in the freezer while preparing the other ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, rub lemon zest into the sugar until fragrant.
- Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 12 to 18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm biscuits before serving.
