Homemade Vegan Strawberry Milk

Instructions
- Combine strawberries, dates, and water in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5-7 minutes, then pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.
- Return the strained liquid to the pot and boil until it thickens to your liking.
- Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
- To serve, mix 2-3 tablespoons of syrup with 8 ounces of milk.
