Homemade Strawberry Milk

Instructions
- Combine strawberries, sugar, and water in a medium pot.
- Bring the mixture to a low boil and maintain for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the syrup from the strawberries and discard the solids.
- Store the syrup in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of syrup per 1 cup of milk, adjusting to taste.
- Optionally, stir in a drop or two of red food coloring before serving.
