Korean Strawberry Milk

Instructions
- Macerate ¾ cup of diced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let it sit aside.
- In a pan, combine 2 cups of diced strawberries with 3 tablespoons of sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture is syrupy.
- Chill the syrup in the refrigerator until cold.
- In a glass, combine 2-3 tablespoons of syrup, ¾ cup of milk, ice, and 1 tablespoon of macerated strawberries. Stir to combine.
