Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray ramekins with non-stick spray.
- Fill each ramekin halfway with Ginger Spice Cookie Dough and press down to flatten.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then check for doneness; the tops should be puffed and set, and the edges slightly crackled.
- Remove from the oven and let cool until slightly warm.
- Top each pizookie with a generous scoop of pumpkin ice cream.
- Drizzle with buttermilk caramel syrup and sprinkle with candied nuts.
