Instructions
- Mix the pumpkin spice ingredients in a small bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice in a bowl.
- In a mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, followed by pumpkin and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate and nuts.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets and press reserved chocolate and nuts on top.
- Bake until golden brown, then cool on the sheets before transferring to wire racks.
