Instructions
- Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the chilled dough into balls and slightly flatten them, adding extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
