Herb Stuffed Mushrooms

The mushrooms

white button mushrooms
Instructions
- Gently wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel.
- Remove the stems and place the mushrooms on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- In a food processor, combine goat cheese, parsley, chives, garlic, and salt, and process until well blended.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each mushroom.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until the edges of the goat cheese mixture are lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
