Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Peaches
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Almond Butter

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats in almond milk for 10 minutes to soften them.
  2. Blend the peaches, Greek yogurt, banana, hemp seeds, and almond butter until mixed.
  3. Add the soaked oats and almond milk to the blender and blend until thick.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
