Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 cups chopped frozen peaches
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

The toppings

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  1. Blend the frozen peaches, banana, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  3. Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls.
  4. Top with raspberries, peach slices, and almonds.
