Sauteed Garlic and Tomato Lentil Salad

Instructions
- Cook the lentils and bulgur in vegetable broth according to package directions, then combine and set aside.
- Saute the tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil over low heat for about 15 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Remove from heat and add the lentils, bulgur, and parsley to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Season with dressing, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Serve hot or cold.
