Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, coconut sugar, liquified coconut oil or ghee, vanilla liquid stevia, sea salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, arrowroot flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Line the bottom of a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- If using, fold in chopped walnuts and raisins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
