Ingredients

The smoothie

  • cups apple juice
  • 2 cups assorted frozen fruit (cherries, raspberries, blueberries, mango)
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Optional garnish

  • to taste additional fruit and/or mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Combine the apple juice, frozen fruit, and Greek yogurt in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with additional fruit or mint sprigs if desired.
