Ingredients

The dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 4 pieces scallions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

For serving

  • as needed none endive, quartered
  • as needed none Romaine leaves
  • as needed none radishes, quartered
  • as needed none carrots, cut into sticks
  • as needed none chips or crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl and spread it on a serving dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add scallions, crushed red pepper flakes, and cilantro until they sizzle.
  3. Pour the hot oil over the yogurt mixture without stirring.
  4. Serve immediately with vegetables, chips, or crackers.
