Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking cups.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill the baking cups 2/3 full and top with streusel.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and drizzle with glaze.
