Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and Za’atar seasoning.
- Add the chicken thighs to the pressure cooker.
- Pour in the water or broth and add the rice on top of the chicken.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook for the recommended time for chicken.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and cutting them into cubes.
- Season the sweet potatoes with Moroccan spices and roast or steam them until tender.
- Once the chicken and rice are done, let the pressure release naturally, then serve with the sweet potatoes.
