Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a covered 1-quart container.
- Freeze for 6 hours or until the ice cream is set.
- Serve as is or in an ice cream cone.
