Ingredients

  • 1 cup ultra-pasteurized heavy whipping cream
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a covered 1-quart container.
  5. Freeze for 6 hours or until the ice cream is set.
  6. Serve as is or in an ice cream cone.
