Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Gluten Free Bread
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 medium Onion
  • ½ stick Butter
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the gluten free bread into 1 inch cubes and toast for 20 minutes at 350°F.
  2. Sauté the celery and onion with poultry seasoning and butter until translucent.
  3. Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  4. Mix together the toasted bread, vegetable mixture, chicken broth, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
  7. Broil the top if a golden brown finish is desired.
