Instructions
- Cut the gluten free bread into 1 inch cubes and toast for 20 minutes at 350°F.
- Sauté the celery and onion with poultry seasoning and butter until translucent.
- Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Mix together the toasted bread, vegetable mixture, chicken broth, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Broil the top if a golden brown finish is desired.
