Instructions
- Make the dressing by blending all dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Place shredded Brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
- Add shallots, crumbled bacon, and chopped dates to the bowl and toss to combine.

- Add almonds just before serving and toss well to combine.
