The dressing

Instructions
- Smoke the Brussels sprout slaw at 250 degrees for 20 minutes on two frog mats and then remove.
- While the slaw is smoking, combine the honey, grainy mustard, and ground ginger.
- Add the smoked slaw to the honey mustard mixture and ensure it is evenly coated.
- Let the slaw marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Add the chopped bacon and pecans right before serving to keep them from becoming soggy.
