Instructions
- Select the sauté function on the Instant Pot and add olive oil.
- Add ground turkey and cook for about 2 minutes, breaking it into crumbles.
- Add sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, bell pepper, tomatoes, and chicken broth to the pot and stir.
- Lock the lid and set to pressure cook on high for 8 minutes, then allow for a 5-minute natural release.
- Carefully remove the lid, stir in cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Serve topped with sliced avocado.
