Instructions
- Sauté ground turkey, garlic, onions, bell pepper, zucchini, and carrots in oil until the meat is cooked.
- Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, tomato sauce, water or broth, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn, and stir to combine.
- Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Allow for 10-15 minutes of natural pressure release before venting any remaining pressure.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
