Instructions
- 1. In the Instant Pot, use the sauté function to brown the ground meat with onions and garlic, then drain excess grease.
- 2. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, lentils, bell pepper, chili powder, brown sugar, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- 4. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- 5. Stir the chili and adjust consistency with additional broth if needed.
- 6. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve with desired toppings.
