Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, pulse together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 2. Add eggs, oil, lemon zest, and stevia, and pulse for 20 seconds.
- 3. Stir in the frozen raspberries by hand.
- 4. Divide the batter between 8 paper-lined muffin cups.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- 6. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
