Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: yogurt, milk, oil, vanilla, and zucchini.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Distribute the batter evenly in the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
